We believe success is a combination of hard work and determination which is accomplished
through a positive work environment, recognition and employee appreciation.
Our goal is to expand our firm and take on more clients, while finding the right
team members who can excel in sales and possibly long term into management.
Throughout the year our team is offered travel opportunities, both locally and nationally, to network, brainstorm, and collaborate. These events open team members to new ways of thinking and keep their roles exciting! By bringing on self motivated, competitive individuals, and by placing an emphasis on networking, we can insure that our team stays on top of the industry. Post Covid our firm has now been involved in sales and leadership seminars online and through zoom. These seminars and online trainings still provide our team with the networking and development they desire.
We don’t look for people to motivate us, we look for motivated people that we can inspire to succeed and reach their full potential. A mentor will teach the ins-and-outs of a Corporate Concepts organizational flow, policies, practices and business methodologies. It is through these partnerships that we can create the massive action to attribute to motivation. We do not believe in the sink or swim method. We believe in providing full training and development before allowing an individual to be thrust into any role. All we ask is for an individual to bring strong characteristics to the table, and we will do the rest!
At Corporate Concepts, we do not believe in hiring to fill a specific role in a specific department. We refuse to limit someones mind or perspective to one role. Instead, we take an entrepreneurial approach by exposing our team members to every aspect of running a successful company. We believe in cross training, maximizing the value an individual brings to our company, and maximizing their potential. So even if the individuals starts off in a sales role, we are hiring them with the intent to expose them to marketing, customer service, HR and administrative duties, with potential management skills down the line.
Our team members receive situational leadership training. Meaning that they are able to see hands on how effective their leadership style is currently, and how to adapt their leadership style to impact groups and individuals alike. We believe everyone learns differently and at their own pace. So we focus on finding the right characteristics in the right candidates, then training them based off their learning styles.
Our goal is to train and develop individuals quickly and efficiently to ensure our clients’ satisfaction and the growth of individuals in our company. Ongoing workshops in sales, public speaking, time management, effective communication and face to face interactions are always offered here. We believe in continuing to train and develop our team regardless what position they are at. We also make it a priority to offer them additional resources and opportunities to grow.
